Japanese company Green House Co. introduced a new family of production flash drives GH-UFI-XSA . Dimensions of the new products - 47.3mm x 17.6mm 8.4mm, weight - 10 grams. Shells are made of metal.
The flash drives use the USB 2.0 interface, they are based on NAND Flash SLC (single-level cell chips), have ECC and offer read and write speeds up to 20Mb / s. The working temperature range of the novelties is from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius.
The GH-UFI-XSA flash drives are available in volumes of 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB. All new items received a three-year manufacturer's warranty.
