Both memory cards use SLC (single-level cell) NAND Flash technology. The speed of reading and writing data is, respectively, 18 Mbit / s and 16 Mbit / s. The working temperature range is -40 ° C to 85 ° C, and the average time between failures (MTBF), calculated at 25 ° C, is 5 million hours. Moreover, memory cards withstand up to 2 million operating cycles, so they are ideal for appraisers who provide services in Yekaterinburg or any other city where they often have to take pictures in a variety of conditions.
The 16GB SDHC and 8GB microSDHC cards are built on the System in Package (SIP) principle, which protects the outdoor components from moisture, water, vibration, shock, electrostatic discharges and temperature drops.
