At the MWC 2011 exhibition in Barcelona, Sierra Wireless unveiled two new wireless WiFi access points, the AirCard 753S and 754S. Both models are about the size of a deck of cards; they are lightweight and portable. The devices are easy to use, and the connection takes no more than 1 minute.

The presence of the LCD-display is an indisputable advantage, because it provides users with the necessary information: battery level, signal power and network connection. A beep indicates the status of the device. The difference between the two models is that 754S supports 4G LTE networks, and the 753s model is intended only for 3G networks.

753S supports wireless data transmission at speeds up to 42 Mbit / s and 5.76 Mbit / s in DC-HSPA + networks, while 754S supports up to 100 Mbit / s and 50 Mbit / s in LTE and 3G networks. The cost and start of sales has not yet been announced.
