Soon after Logitech introduced Logitech Vid, a video calling software, the company presented seven new webcams that will work with it. These were Logitech Webcam Pro 9000, Portable Webcam C905, Webcam C600, Webcam C500, Webcam C300, Webcam C250 and Webcam C200. The first two devices feature Zeiss autofocus optics and a 2 megapixel HD sensor that transmits 720p video resolution.
The middle class is the Logitech Webcam C600 and C500. Actually, only the presence of glass optics distinguishes them from the above, and the rest, the characteristics remain the same, including the ability to shoot 8-megapixel and 5-megapixel (for C500) photos. Logitech Webcam C300, C250 and C200 belong to the basic level. They differ in sensors: the C300 - 5-megapixel, and the C250 and C200 - VGA-sensor.
