Samsung officially announced the release of a new series of professional displays - FP-2. It has four models - 400FP-2, 400FPn-2, 460FP-2 and 460FPn-2, which have a screen size of 40 and 46 inches diagonally. As stated, they can work 16 hours a day, 7 days a week and will be used for commercial purposes. By the way, in the Samsung model range, they are positioned below only the DX line.
As stated, all models from the FP-2 series have the following technical characteristics: standard resolution is 1920 × 1080, static contrast is 4000: 1 (dynamic contrast is 40000: 1), response time is 8 ms, integrated speakers, presence of VGA, DVI , CVBS, HDMI, BNC, Component. Other design features include anti-image retention technology, which eliminates the so-called “ghost” images on the screen. In addition, the 400FPn and 46FPn models still have built-in PCs, so in fact they are full-featured panel PCs.
According to official data, the 400FP-2 and 460FP-2 models cost between $ 1,175 and $ 1,646, respectively.
