Sanyo has announced two new portable projectors - PLC-XW250 and PLC-XW200. Both new products have a resolution of 1280 × 768 and are designed for use in the field of education. New items have a special attention to the environment - in standby mode, they consume only 0.4 watts of power, 80% less than the previous Sanyo projector - PLC-XW60. In addition, the packaging of new products made of easily recyclable plastic. The only difference between the two new projectors is the brightness of the lamps - 2600 lumens for the PLC-XW250 and 2200 lumens for the PLC-XW200.
Projectors generate a picture with a 4: 3 aspect ratio, a 500: 1 contrast ratio and sizes from 100 to 800 cm. Both new products have an Ethernet network connector and are equipped with VGA and S-video ports, as well as two RCA connectors. The PLC-XW250 and PLC-XW200 will be available in June for $ 895 and $ 795, respectively.
