Hewlett-Packard has added the release of the world's first laptop with a quad-core processor with two new products. The company introduced a 24-inch LP2475w monitor capable of displaying 102% of the standard NTSC color gamut — excellent quality for artists and designers, as well as a 22-inch LP2275w displaying 92% of the specified color range.
Both monitors have a high 1000: 1 static contrast ratio and provide the ability to change the position to portrait orientation to display printed layouts and other vertically extended documents.
HP did not specify the specification of new monitors, but notes that the LP2275w has a DVI port and a new DisplayPort port suggest the presence of similar ports on the LP2475w.
The 22-inch model is already on sale for $ 459, but a large-screen model will only be available in September for $ 649.
