SimpleTech began selling its new trendy portable hard drive. The device is based on Flash memory using DRAM technology, and has 5400 RPM (RPM-number of revolutions of disk plates per minute) and 8 MB of cache memory. Design for the hard disk is made by Italian designers from the fashion house Pininfarina Extra. The device is available in four colors - red, gray, silver and black.
The cost of the disk is 40 GB for $ 109.99, 60 GB for $ 129.99, 80 GB for $ 149.99 and 100 GB for $ 179.99.
